  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure including on-premise, hybrid, cloud solutions and services
  • Knowledge of UCaaS and Managed Print Solutions.
  • Self-motivation, tenacity and able to work with a degree of autonomy.
  • Methodical approach with good attention to detail delivering accuracy in your work.
  • Enthusiastic approach, customer focused and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to challenge, question and improve method and process through considered and substantiated recommendations.
  • An ownership of learning.
  • Ability to plan and deliver productive discussions over the telephone, along with any face-to-face requirements.
  • Capability to maximise margins and upsell opportunities through negotiation and a ‘good, better, best’ approach.
  • An understanding of the Cyber Security threat landscape and knowledge of risk mitigation would be advantageous.
